SouthEast Connector (SEC)

WBS, as a sub to T. Y. Lin International and Stantec, was selected to design the roadway and upland revegetation as well as restoration and erosion control for the new reaches of Steamboat Creek. The SouthEast Connector will be a 6 lane arterial roadway with two new at-grade signalized intersections.
