Ladera Ranch Phases 2 and 3

For Florsheim Homes. 2022 – ongoing. In addition to conducting pre design surveys and developing the erosion control and revegegation specifications for this new subdivision in northwest Reno NV, WBS conducted extensive sensitive species surveys and habitat evaluations for the endemic Eriogonum robustum(altered andesite buckwheat). WBS completed and received approval of the Altered Andesite Buckwheat (Eriogonum robustum) Mitigation Plan which has been implemented starting with seed collection and propagation of seedlings, and eventual out planting following completion of all site grading and installation of an irrigation system. This will be followed by periodic monitoring of survival and vigor.
