B Line Phase III

Since 2002, WBS has provided a comprehensive array of services for the South Lake Tahoe Public Utility Districts force main effluent pipeline,starting with stream environment zone delineations, sensitive plant species, and noxious weed surveys. Design services included erosion control, revegetation, and SWPPPs. WBS provided construction oversight and is currently providing five years of post-construction quantitative monitoring for permit compliance. This project won the 2006 TRPA erosion control award.
